Ride up PCH

The other day I did my first ride through part of PCH. I’ve never liked going through PCH just because it looks so intimidating with all the roadies and fast cars. But when I rode to pepperdine- ahh it was one of the most amazing rides. You can’t really see it too well- but that’s me riding down a long steep hill (down from Kenneth Hahn Park for those of you from Los Angeles). We got up to 30mph at one point. I felt such high.

CHANGING MY GEAR RATIO

Not by much, but I’m going from a 17 to a 15 in the back. It’s very hard to start everytime you begin to pedal, but once you pedal more and more (and especially with the aerospoke) it feels like the bike just keeps going faster and faster- like a spinning machine at the gym. Idk it’s kind of a cool change :)

rolling and riding your bike

if you know what I’m talking about- then you know it’s an amazing feeling. ahh rolling while riding is beyond words. I’ve only done it once- in Vegas. But we’ll see what happens tonight after TAO! :)

Well, I'm in Michigan now..

And you can’t really ride fix in the snow… Jk, I didn’t bring my bike from LA. But sadly I will not be riding for the next 10 days until my return :( I’ll use this as my break, and hopefully when I get back on my horse I’ll be rested and still strong…i hope!

it's pouring outside!!

I haven’t rode all day because of the rain. My best friend and I are going to go for a short but intense ride up to the observatory. It take about 15 minutes to bike up to the observatory, but the hill is intense. And then from there were going to hike to very top! And back down. Skidding down a steep hill…in the POURING rain. We’ll see how this goes! :/

RIP back red tire

theres a fat tear in my back red tire from skidding so much. So I switched my gatorskin to the back and now I have a red and black striped vorte(?) front tire. ready to ride tonight!
